* 7 - hour HIV/AIDS training certificate course

* Assistance with filling out application for NAR

*1st AID/CPR Class (and Card)

*Dementia Care Instruction (and Manual if available)

* NACES State exam preparation & assistance with filling out application for test 

Certificate of Completion after passing the required tests

ABILITY TO BENEFIT TEST

(For those who desire to take our CNA Class but are not High School Graduates and do not have a GED, this is a must do test required by Vocatcational School authorities)

PROSPECTIVE STUDENTS - PLEASE BRING YOUR PHOTO ID WITH YOU TO GH COLLEGE IN ABERDEEN AND GO TO THE FRONT DESK AND TELL THEM YOU ARE WITH THE (ELMA) NAC TRAINING PROGRAM AND ARE THERE TO TAKE THE ABILITY TO BENEFIT TEST

 They will provide testing for (Elma) NAC Training Program students

 Testing is held Mon, Tue and Fri between the hours of 8am and 2pm

 Testing is held Thur between the hours of 8am and 11am.

*Student list of items needed for CNA class.

Stethoscope, B/P Cuff Optional but highly recommended for practice- We usually have a few that can be purchased for a small fee.

Watch with a second hand.

Scrubs & White Shoes (White Tennis Shoes ok as long as they are clean and have clean laces)

* HS diploma or GED not required to attend - but must take and pass Ability to Benefit test  (See info about Ability to Benefit test in middle column}

* English -second- language students welcome (Must speak, read & write English.)
