To Register for Class -  Print Registration Form from Forms & Info Page - Fill it Out and Send it with $100.00 Reg Fee to PO Address at Top of form or make an appointment to meet us at our office - If funded by another source such as your tribe, worksource, scholarship, etc. You will not need to send $100.00 with registration as long as I have verification from that program.

(No more than ten students allowed in each class - those with registration form & $100.00 fee turned in or verification that an organization is paying your tuition, will be at the top of the list)

Our Mission

It is our Mission/Objective to:

*Provide the proper training of our students 

*Assist them to successfully complete the programs of study in which they are interested

•CNA   CNA Class $550.00, which includes registration fee.  There is an additonal fee of $60.00 for the TextBooks (Textbook & Skills DVD )

 (117.5 Hour class including 40 off campus Clinical Hours at contracted facility, 15 classroom clinicals with the balance in lectures etc.) This class also includes a 5-6 HR CPR/First Aid Course - After passing test you will receive CPR/1st Aid Card - In addition you will also have 7 hours of HIV/AIDS training and will receive a certificate. Dementia care training  is  provided, Introduction to Basic Nursing Care, safety legal & ethical issues related to the practicing nursing assistant. students must demonstrate ability to give competent & quality care in a care facility under the supervision of the instructor or licensed nursing staff

A 'Certificate of Completion' will be given after attending required amount of classroom hours & Clinical hours and upon successfully passing the final exam at 80% or above. Students must receive Dementia Training, HIV Training & CPR Training prior to receiving Certificate.

 •CPR/First Aid   5-6 Hrs (When taking CNA Class, it is included in course)  ($40.00 as a separate course)

American Heart Association's Basic Life Support course - Class size limited to ten students  

 Students will receive CPR/First Aid Card after successfully passing final test & demonstrating skills required to perform CPR

All students must have a current TB Test prior to the beginning of class.

Each Student will need Scrubs, White Shoes and Laces and a Watch with second hand. You will also need a Stethoscope. A  Blood Pressure Kit is highly recommended but optional.
